Work harder to tone up my upper body. Every time I start working out with situps with my ab roller I always take a break and never start up again but this year I started taking Golo back in March of this year and I started to work out again in November first doing situps and using my stepper machine. Plus I play five games of Wii bowling and I've been doing all my workouts while naked nude. Wearing clothes while working out gets in the way. I need to keep up with my workout routine for next year not quit or give up. 💞

I challenge my self with some realistic resolutions like sow more in the garden, finish renovation at a room, visit a distination and so on. And i am already done with mine this year, it was to sow new different seeds, buy a new car and bought some wood planks to make benches for the garden till next spring. What about you?

honestly keep losing weight, cranking up those weights, getting a rock hard body, making my girl get all wet touching me and fulfilling her deepest fantasies. Getting myself prepped over the next 3 years for perfect, fit, gym beach bod. I've let this crap hold me down too long. I know what I WILL achieve. Next month is 8 months going strong!

I never make New Years Resolutions. I did when I was much younger, and always broke them. I think 10 days was my record.

One of my New Year's resolutions will be to stay away from chocolate. Not pizza though, because I can't possibly give that up, that would be a step too far. Another resolution will be to forget certain words and expressions, like 'lockdown', 'mandate' and 'new normal'.
