How do Trump supporters view Trump’s encouragement of the vaccine? Did it have any effect in persuading people?

I got mine because why not I thought. My college required it anyway.

Trump says its cool so Imma go and get it an show him my support.

The way I see it, the vaccine is totally unnecessary for most people aside from those that have died from the virus.

Many people that should have taken the vaccine died because of their decision not to do so.

But regardless its still unethical to force people to put things in their bodies.

I agree with the guise of freedom.

Except when it comes to things like gay marriage and abortion.

More likely than not the vaccine won’t harm those that take it but hey anything’s possible.

Hopefully I don’t get a lower sperm count or anything like that.

It did not affect my decision in anyway. The way I see it, if they have to bribe you, then threaten you, to get something that's supposedly "good for you," then I immediately distrust them. Do people forget that back in January 2021, they had companies like Krispy Kreme bribing people with free donuts to get the Fauci Ouchie? Why would they do that, when the natural assumption is most people would get something that's "safe" for them, anyway? It's like bribing people to get a doctor's visit. Very suspicious, to say the least.

Not to mention, all the lying and censorship they did all throughout 2020 including covering up the fact that COVID came from a lab in Wuhan and was funded by the likes of Peter Daszak and Anthony Fauci. I mean, I cannot fathom people dense enough to pay attention to ALL OF THAT, that happened in 2020 and then still trust the mainstream media and politicians.

I mean, get the vaccine i you want to, but don't talk sh*t for people being skeptical about it, as that would make you (the critic of them) the dumbass, here.

Then of course, there's the thousands of deaths that medical professionals have come out and blown the whistle on, that the MSM tries to sweep under the rug and censor some more. Oh, and the fact the vaccine was experimental and spent half a year not even being CDC or FDA approved. All of this is shady AF. But yeah, the dumbass, low IQ sheep then try to act like they're the "smart" ones for putting that Johnson and Johnson poison in their bodies and then getting blood clots three weeks later and having other f*cked up health complications.

Don't listen to what Trump, or anyone else, says about getting the vaccine. Do your own research, choose what you find to be credible or not, and make the decision for yourself.

It has had no effect on my desire to take the vaccine.

I approve of the availability and right to try. But I agree that it must be individual choice. I used to think some tried and true vaccine mandates were logical, but now that I see the abuse of power, I now disagree with all medical mandates. The moment the government uses a system to the point of abuse it's time for that system to be questioned if not outright revoked.

In short, if you feel more comfortable with the vaccine great, good for you. And anyone who has doubts about it I understand and support your right to say no.

P. S. To address the specific question about Trump. Sure I support many of his policies. However not to the point that he can do no wrong. He did many things I disagree with. And he did things that I agreed with in a disagreeable way.

The whole point of me going to college is so I can do something I’m interested in.

I agree with Joeldalton. If you did something you didn't want, just because they gave you a thinly veiled threat to do it, then that makes you a coward, in my opinion. What if you got the vaccine, got blood clots, and then had to be hospitalized and racked up tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills? What would you do then? Sue the school? Good luck with that.

Not to mention, college isn't even a requirement like a job is. And personally, I don't think these mandates will stick. They're unconstitutional even in the US, and several other countries have the same kind of system like the US constitution. If you wanted the vaccine, then okay. But poisoning yourself just because the government or some sh*tty college told you so, is extreme cowardice, in my opinion. If they mandated all men getting vasectomies to combat "toxic masculinity," would you do that, too? If they mandated all women had to have abortions due to "overpopulation in the world," would you also support that? There is no justification to controlling other people's bodies and autonomy (this includes Conservatives, with all your pro-life BS).

If I were you, I would've taken my current credits, transferred to a new school that didn't try to force me to poison myself, and given the other school a giant middle finger.
