"Average" or slightly above average. (Not that I like either one of those terms, but I know what you meant by them.) Like maybe a 105-110 IQ if we had to put numbers to it.

And while I don't hate Ben Shapiro, I don't find him to be smart, either. Like Christopher Nolan movies, Deconstructionism, and TED Talks, Ben Shapiro is what stupid people think is "intelligent." (That was a a low blow, but I don't care; still said it; sorry, not sorry.)

Ben Shapiro is NOT very smart. I've seen him debate. He prepares a lot and studies a lot and uses statistics and talking points as his sword and shield. However, anyone who knows actual debating knows that most human beings don't respond well to numbers and random "facts." It's why lawyers aren't debaters, lawyers are lawyers. Human beings respond MUCH better to emotional pleas and trying to persuade people to your side using milk and honey than trying to slam dunk on them with a bunch of numbers which only serve to make you look intellectually superior.

I can read Ben Shapiro's life story like a book: He was a short Jewish kid who got made fun of in school, so he studied hard and made himself out to be an intellectual giant, to one-up those dumb jocks and quarterbacks in school who only had their big dumb muscles. And he made a career out of that: Using pseudo-intellectualism to one-up average and below average people using statistics and random studies no one gives a sh*t about. He's just smart enough to know how to do all of this, but still dumb enough to lack self-awareness or how to read the room and realize that one-upping idiots only makes you look smarter to other idiots, but intellectual equals or superiors can see your sh*tty "prepare for everything" Batman-esque tactics for what they are.

That's why I say Jordan Peterson can run circles around Shapiro in intellectual debates, because Jordan Peterson actually knows how to talk to people like humans and actually appeal to people enough to change their mind. All Ben Shapiro does is smugly dunk on dumb people to feed his own ego.

He's definitely got a decent computer in his head. He's focused, cool under pressure, and quick on his feet.

But other than that he's a moron. Being a tradition freak who wears nostalgia-tinted glasses for some glorious past that, one, never existed and, two, he wasn't even a part of.. are key signs that someone is a twit.

Also his thing about "ad hominems" and the "rules of engagement." Lol wtf is this? A judicial duel?

If you're being an idiot, an intelligent person will call you and idiot. The fact that they called you what you are doesn't make them wrong Ben "I'm-famous-and-nobody's-even-heard-of-you" Shapiro.

ALSO also, using public opinion as an argument is something a truly intelligent person would never do because it's stupid. Sheeple are sheeple, why tf are you treating their thoughts as worth anything? Moron.

He is not a genius but at least above average because he can make a point and is well rhetorically educated. It´s the way he says things that not many people can do, I don´t agree with him but he might be an interesting conversation partner.

Shapiro is an intelligent guy, he's just a little bit disconnected from reality. He has lived his entire life in a position of extreme privillege as a practicing jew who is an insider in entertainment. His brand wouldn't be anywhere near what it is today if he wasn't an insider.

I respect the guy's achievements, but I can't pretend he isn't the posterchild for conservative nepotism. Same with Steven Crowder; he knew/knows a guy.

Ben's is not smarter than most (I'd rate him above average), the difference between him and his opposition is he will research the hell out of what he's speaking about, and he has the verbal skills to run them ragged.

above average but overrated. His voice is annoying and he was against Trump , one of the greatest Presidents we ever had which means he was wrong, and admitted he got it wrong. It still proves he listened to liberal Republicans and liberals , so poor judgement. I think he doesn't believe in God either if I remember. He was a Democrat too before he woke up. I don't think he's actually intelligent, it's his followers that are dumb enough to take his bullshit seriously and his scapegoats (woke college kids) are even dumber and this whole scenario gives people the false perception that he's bringing a real dose of common sense to the discussion.
