Most will comply to save their jobs. Many are refusing because that’s what is expected by their local tribe (church, town, etc.) If they have to get vaccinated to keep their job, they will have a good excuse for doing it.

Early during covid, soon after covid jumped to infect humans (assuming no foul play), healthy young people had a 99.9+% survival rate. After a virus adapts to infect a new species it then evolves for maximum virulence within said species, which at a cost reduces lethality (dead people don't cough on others as much, now do they?). Meaning that this already very relatively tame disease has already become much less lethal. On top of this, I already have natural immunity which makes me even safer, and according to numerous studies natural immunity is much more lasting than all current covid-19 vaccine whose efficacy time seemingly every two months, requiring even more boosters per year.
Should I take a vaccine that has a chance of causing a reaction, something which these rushed vaccines to seem to do a lot more than any other? Something I could never hold the manufacturer accountable for due to their special exception? Some product I can't even look into for 75 years because I need to blindly "trust the scienceTM"? Some product that seems to become less effective by the day, meaning I'd have to take it again and again with a risk each time? The answer is no for me, not worth it. I will continue to only be vaccinated for actual serious diseases, especially those who have proven themselves for the last 50 years.
Carnegie Mellon University has suggested, in a study, with a 10,000 sample size that people with PHDs are even more likely to be vaccine hesitant than those who haven't even completed high school or less. Statistically you are suggested to be wrong. Science isn't about blindly trusting what some man in a fancy outfit reads from papers you are forbidden to read, this isn't 17th century italy. I find it hilarious all these "trust the science" people who try to prop up themselves as people of science NEVER question anything, especially in the middle of one of the worst reproducibility crises in history.

It has not yet been determined if a company can require its employees to be vaccinated. The argument is that would violate the employee's right to non-disclosure of health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). That question is currently in the courts, triggered by the Biden's Administration executive order to penalize companies with more than 100 employees that do not require their employees to be vaccinated; it's yet to be determined how to monitor and enforce that and still comply with HIPAA.
I don't know where you are but in my area of the country, public transport, restaurants and bars do not require proof of vaccination and many don't even require masks for customers, though their staff wears them.
It's turning out that the omicron variant doesn't discriminate between vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals, with similar infection rates and seriousness for each group.
Also, you may be incorrect that someone laid off for not being vaccinated cannot collect unemployment insurance. In most cases, that would be a violation of union contracts. Where workers are not unionized, the only reason for not being able to collect unemployment is "termination for cause" meaning the worker is not doing their, not that the employer is not allowing the worker to do their job. That question will also end up in the courts to decide.
Unemployment is not governed by "union contract" but by state law. In the United States, the law is the "At Will' doctrine which states that an employee can be fired for " any reason or no reason at all". Don't cite law unless you know what you're talking about.
Not all states have employment "at will", and employers in states that don't are limited to conditions they can lay off or fire an employee.
What state does not have "at will" employment? All US States follow this doctrine. You know nothing-just trying to save your uninformed ignorant statement. An, no, they are not limited except by public policy (limited to certain categories such as fired for race). Being stupid or MAGA (isn't that repetitive?) is NOT a protected category.

The parties were pretty much the opposite then of what they are today although some themes carry through. In the South the Democratic Party was enthusiastically pro-slavery and Northern Democrats generally were pro-slavery/. Even Republicans were split between pro-emancipation and preservation of the Union during the war. The parties switched pretty much with the 1964 Civil Rights Act with Republicans opposing it. The south elected Democrats then but they were extremely right wing -they were only Democrats because Republicans were the Party of Reconstruction. In 1980 they all became Republicans with Reaganism. They were the exact same people who used to be Democrats (really "Dixiecrats"). Your lack of knowledge of these events reveals your poor education and explains your resulting inability to reason.

I have had both and I tested positive for it, and have been off for over a week, another medic has tested positive for the 4th time, and we have a total of 10 people out right now, so it doesn't seem to matter much if you have had the vax or not.

Nevermind that my employer has never made health decisions for me or any of their other employees. No business has ever tried to do that until this pandemic.
