Do white men get a bad rap about racism, they love other races?

But if a black guy who didn't know them heard it I would understand them thinking they were just racist. Because what they said was kinda racist even tho they are not.

I've met a lot of well-intentioned, not at all racist, white people that said some racially prejudice shit. And they don't even understand that unless you do it to them too so they can actually feel what they're doing.

I would argue it is far more common for white people to say some soft racially prejudice shit and think nothing of it, even defend it, than any other race of people.

It's only in recent years that they're getting the short end of the stick. Which I don't think they deserve, but at the same time when I hear a white person complaining about racial bigotry or racially prejudice I just say welcome to the party because I've experienced it since I was 12 and probably before that just I was unaware at the time.

Racism differs from country to country. In the USA racists are typically only against blacks. In the UK they're more likely against Asians. Other countries could be different again. So there's no one rule that applies to all whites even if we were all racist, which we're not.
