It's totally okay to only want to date people within your own race due to reasons like culture and same taste of food and such.

Then there is your reasoning which actually does make you sound like you are attacking an entire race. I mean, you're 19 years old and I very much doubt you've dated a good portion of the white female population.

Date whoever you want, but when you get older, I hope you become wise enough not to generalize people in general.

If a Caucasian male refuses to date a black female, doesn't the question of racism depend on his motivation for not dating them? If he is not attracted, do you still consider that racism? Should he date someone to whom he is not attracted? If a white guy is attracted to Asian women but not black women, does that make him a racist?

Nope, it's their preference and I suspect it's also because it's a lot easier for them to find a white woman to date. To give you an example, where I live, there are few Latinas and Asians and although there are lots of black women, this isn't one of the places where a white guy dates black women (I've never seen it here).
