Mental pain. Because it can quickly start to create physical pain if the mental pain is strong enough. Surgeries and random physical injuries have become routine for me over the years. Like you do something stupid and look at your ankle then start thinking that shouldn't be able to bend like that. Right after that it's off to the emergency room.
Physical. By now, I'm VERY used to all sorts of mental pain. I'm mostly immune to it.
I have a high tolerance for psychological pain and a low tolerance for physical pain. I can go months without social interaction but I usually have difficulty with even mild back pain.
It's usually the scars that you can not see that heal the slowest. Bandages won't make heartbreak better.

You can say whatever you want about mental pain but nothing would surpass the pain of being strapped down and tortured by somebody who knows what they are doing. I don't care how bad your mental landscape is, it's never going to be as bad as the worst physical tortures inflicted on man.
You’re not wrong! I was considering both physical and mental pain that I’ve experienced. And some of that mental pain stems from physically painful experiences.
I can handle physical pain, I can cure my body if it's hurt. But mental pain is uncontrollable, it ruins your days, make everything so difficult. And psych meds are shit that can't really heal anything.
Mental/emotional. It exhausts me and I can’t recover as quickly as I can from physical pain.
Physical I can handle. Mental I can also handle but it hurts so much more.
torment is way worse for me, self-inflicted as well...
Mental pain ruins everything, I can't really ignore it, it's like I'm handicapped
Mental pain can break down your physical body. Mental pain is extremely painful. Can cause to literally lose your sanity.
Mental. I don't mind physical pain that much
