+1 yHe's full of Bravo Sierra.
He blew it on day one of his monarchy by putting the kibosh on oil production and pipelines. The now-surfacing parts of this debacle are almost entirely derivatives from this lopsided thinking.
When will they learn that solar and wind power are NOT "free". "Zero emission vehicles" do NOT eliminate emissions: they simply move them around. The savings- if any- come from the fact that the electric motors shut off when the car is idle. Solar panels require plastics, glass, silicone wafers/crystals, aluminum/treated steel frames and supports, etc. After they fall apart, the scrap will have to be dealt with.
As far as I am concerned, ALL of the companies that were drilling for oil/natural gas should start again- darn ol' torpedo-brain and full speed ahead. By the time the court catch up to any lawsuits, we'll have a decent POTUS in office.21 Reply- +1 y

They locked us down, alienated us from each other, and bankrupted us for two years to supposedly "protect" us from getting sick. Covid has pretty much petered out, so they need a new way to lock us down and bankrupt us. Enter the new "war" half way around the world.
High gas prices is also a way to achieve their goal of forcing people to go all electric, which has been part of their agenda for quite a while. Oh yeah, because climate change.
Our globalist-owned media only pushes narratives that help the U. S./globalist agenda. How interesting that it doesn't talk about Palestinian or Yemeni suffering, for example. Over the past 8 years, it never mentioned the war against eastern Ukrainians. 14,000 were murdered by the Ukrainian military and Nazi militias, and who knows how many were displaced. To talk about them would have hurt the narrative that the new Ukrainian regime was a popular democracy.
For 8 years, the U. S. and its puppet Ukrainian government ignored Russia's concerns about NATO and nuclear missiles on Russia's borders in Ukraine and rebuffed Russia's attempts to keep Ukraine neutral. Now they are acting shocked that Russia stepped up to neutralized the military threat and protect people in Crimea and Donbas as it said it would.
Just like the covid scare, this war in Ukraine was engineered. And they are demonizing Russia. How convenient. What a good idea to cut off fuel supplies, not to mention wheat, to Europe and the U. S. It's good for multinational corporations but, hey, too bad for people.
Could the Biden administration, its globalist masters, and corporate neocons be more evil?10 Reply1.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. The gulf coast refineries are geared toward heavier crude oil, like Canada’s. When Keystone XL was cancelled and Alberta’s production declined due to low prices, Russian crude was imported to fill the gap. The first thing Biden should do is to reverse course and bring Keystone XL online and have more Canadian crude oil flowing to those refineries. Second, ease up restrictions on new permits and take action against states like California that are slow-pedaling drilling permits. Third, eliminate the ESG score system that punishes companies that invest in hydrocarbon development.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yThat is total BS, only about 3% of our oil comes from Russia. The problem is the fossil fuel industry just taking advantage of the Ukraine situation to justify raising gas prices. Before anyone blames the left killing the Keystone XL pipeline, Native Americans opposed and protested the pipeline, and the pipeline would have made no difference in prices as it was a conidian pipeline to the Gulf to export to other countries. Biden like many other politicians is in the back pocket of the fossil fuel industry, so naturally they are going to say they can't do anything about prices and blame Russia instead of their fossil fuel industry donors who are taking advantage of a tragic situation.

+1 yAh yeah it's up to Russia, neverminded that over 90% of the consumed gas comes from the US and that the prices started going up months prior to the trade war. I wonder if general inflation and retarded politics that started restricting the production of American gas had anything to do with this. Russia is obviously horseshit and a clear scapegoat, hope people aren't stupid enough to buy that lie.

It would take forever to drive from Miami to Seattle in an electric car. Movement is freedom. And there is nothing the US can do to impact carbon admissions without including China, India and Africa. Three billion people use open fires to cook and heat their homes every day.

He's just got to wait until the Ukraine is destroyed to cover up with the kids him and Hunter molested along with the evidence of their other dealings
He pulled out of Afghanistan to ensure Hunter has tons of brown to shoot up his veins for the rest of his days20 Reply601 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. How does he explain the gradual increase since he took office. He is full of it, he wants the price high. He wants to force this green energy on use even though people still can't afford it and the power grid won't be able to handle it. Then they ignore our power grid is still mostly coal powered.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yHe's just trying to blame his inflation on anyone but himself. It was rising before this war because his irresponsible spending created inflation. Now he's making it worse by refusing to ramp up domestic oil production again.
10 Reply3.3K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. An oil guy was just interviewed on TV and he said that the US has more oil than we can use. Biden needs to ease his restrictions that he placed on oil drilling.

u +1 yThe Biden administration also clearly stated hat there are currently 9000 unused drilling licenses in the hand of oil companies. So, giving out even more licenses would be achieving... what exactly?
02 Reply- +1 y
It's pointless to try and provide facts to the dolts here who only live in their right wing propaganda echo chamber. More drilling licenses were approved by the Biden administration in 2021 than Trump approved in 2020. Oil companies have held back aggressive drilling cause the price of crude has been low and the demand soft and they didn't think it made sense. Now that the price has shot back up, all of a sudden, more oil will flow.
But good luck trying to explain it to the imbeciles here. They honestly believe 1) we didn't import any oil until Biden, 2) that stopping an expansion of a pipeline that was only 8% built and wouldn't have pumped oil for years to come is the reason gas prices are up, 3) That Biden has shut down all pipelines and 4) That even though gas prices are skyrocketing all over the world and most countries have higher prices than we do, that the rise in gas prices in the U. S. is solely the fault of Biden and he can make the prices go lower if he wants because he is in total control of them.
No amount of facts will deter them from believing the propaganda they are fed on a daily basis. - +1 y
@TheBigWhistle
You're probably right. They have their minds poisoned by FOX "News" and even more extreme fringe agitators. FOX is so utterly pathetic in their attempts to smear the Biden administration. See this latest example here, where the headline has nothing to do with what actually happened:

FOX is what I call "now-some-people-say journalism".
