Anyone who knew him from New York even before the election knew he was a huge bullshit artist, con artist and just all around scum bag. He cheated people who worked for him out of payments by calling everything "substandard" work and then didn't care if they sued him for nonpayment cause he knew they'd eventually tap out as the legal bills piled up. Lots of companies went out of business cause they were stupid enough to deal with him. People actually still believe he cares about the little guy. Can you imagine how stupid someone has to be to believe that?

Trump wasn't a con artist, no, but, what I will say, is, he was spoken to while he was in office, told to play ball or else. Just watch his original COVID press briefings, as Trump looks tired, almost sick, and Mike Pence watches him with a death stare, like he's gonna kill Trump if he even flinches as he reads the talking points. No, Trump wasn't a con artist, but they got to Trump, they did sometning to change him. It's sad.

When he became a politician 🤣. It's why democrats hate him so much. Sure he lies. But so do all democrats. Career politicians exist to stay in office. So they'll tell any lie to further that goal. They get mad because Trump doesn't have to be president. So as a result he doesn't have an image to protect. This is what happens when you allow tribalism to invade politics and you don't hold your elected leaders to standards. After a while victory for your tribe is all that matters. And a guy like Trump gets elected.
