Since "man" and "woman" no longer have any meaning, let's stop having a Men's division and a Women's division. Instead let's have an X division and a Y division. Athletes with Y chromosomes can only compete in the Y division. Athletes without Y chromosomes can compete in either.
If you have a Y chromosome, you don't compete in women's sports. If you screech for your nonexistent "right" to do so anyway, you get pumped full of Thorazine on the spot and tossed into a rubber room! Any Karens or judges or politicians who disagree, are sociopaths that should be immediately thrown into a wood chipper. Half of them are probably pedophiles anyway.
Problem solved.
The only transgenders in sports that anyone cares about is the male to female.
No one posts about female to male.
So for me, it is a women's issue. Women can figure out what whether or not transgenders should be allowed to compete against them.

I have friends whose daughters swim competitively. So her dad, who has sacrificed time and money to support his daughter’s swimming career, and supports her fully has to shut the fuck up when some loser decides he’s a woman and potentially takes his daughter’s scholarship? I think the organisers just have to bite the social-media-outrage bullet, and ban M2F trans athletes from competing in women's sports categories. The outrage mob will make a lot of noise, but ultimately the organisers have a duty pf care to the 99.9% of female athletes rather than the 0.1% of trans athletes who wanna take their anatomically male advantage into the female competitive sphere.

It is not a big problem because there are very few. However, should their number increase and it become a bigger problem, if and they start winning a substantial number of event, the rules will be changed forcing them to either compete as men or else compete with other transgenders.

Go back to the policy that if you have two Y chromosomes you are female and if you have an XY chromosome you are a male. It is not hard to figure this out.

An easy way to remember is that the Y is like a dick and balls (facing downward), while an X is like a vagina/labia.

The Solution is very simple using a mouth swab, or a blood test. If your DNA says that you are a male, then you play in Men's Sports. If your DNA says that you are a female, then you play in Women's Sports.
If your DNA says that you are a female, but you think that you are a female, then you obviously have a mental health issue, no different than the man that thinks he is Napoleon Bonaparte.

I think that they should have a different category, for instance, a category of transgender men who transitioned after being fully developed as men; and the symmetriccal category for women. Otherwise, their performance will never be comparable to the gender they transitioned to.
I'm fine with that if they pay for it. They make the decision to take performance altering substances and mutilate their bodies on their own accord. A woman shouldn't be able to compete in women's sports if she is taking testosterone because it enhances performance and physical development. I don't support physically and emotionally harming others because we won't go along with someone's dilusion. If I identify as the king of the world does that mean everyone should bow down before me? I don't think they would go along with it, and I would hope that someone cared about me enough to realize something wasn't right and get me psychological help before any more physical, emotional, or psychological harm was done to me or anyone else.
Do it the simplest way possible, create a categories for transgenders alone one for male to female, one for female to male.

Read the article.. John Hopkins speaks to treatment of Body Dysmorphic Disorder as mental disorder and lists unnecessary surgeries and medical treatments as a sign and symptom of the disorder NOT as a treatment or cure.
So when you think we are acting in their best interest by "supporting" their choices, we are actually doing them more harm. Someone who transitions may be doing themselves greater harm, because it does nothing to address the underlying mental health issue.
By your logic if some one wanted to commit suicide then we should support their decision to do so? Or should we advise them to seek guidance and help from a mental health professional?
Actually, yes. I do think you should support someone's choice. If someone was sick with cancer and would rather kill themselves, that would make sense right? So they're not suffering, correct?
