If Pro lifers are that concerned about children, why don't they consider adopting the unfortunate ones, the orphans?

To preface, I'm not strictly pro-life. I support abortion up to a point. But this argument, with all due respect, is just silly. You act like adopting a child is this simple endeavor. If it is that simple, and people who care about children should just go adopt people, have you/will you adopt? Or do you not care about children? If you care about children then you must be adopting, right?

I'd also like to point out that opposing what they perceive as murder doesn't mean they must actively support the cause. It's principle. That'd be like you saying "if people oppose murder, why won't you donate to stab victims or to the families of murdered people?" Like, I can oppose murder on a principle level and not donate to those people and still hold that principle. Whether I donate or not doesn't mean I do or don't oppose murder.
