Depends on context, tone of voice, and setting.

If someone was seemingly busy or in a rush, and said “gimme the pen?” in a quick tone of voice, I wouldn’t say it’s entitled.

If someone says “gimme that!” in a sharp or whiny tone of voice, I’d say it sounds a bit bitchy or entitled lol

'Gimme' is just abrupt. However, it depends on HOW it is said. Said with humorous overtones it could be quite endearing.
