Because "All lives matter" is stupid. It is not a social movement based on things such as how many white people is being shot by police, its a counter movement opposing Black Lives Matter. As such it is just a stupid reactionary counter movement with pretty much no actual value or any honest supporters. People bring it up only as an attempt to criticize BLM from a social angle and never to solve any problems.

As far as I am concerned, its a sign that tells me the person in question is not worth talking to because they are being dishonest.

Black lives are a part of "all lives", so until black lives are prioritized in that regard, then all lives cannot matter.

@Guanfei Except for, that's not always the case. 43% of exonerations are usually Black Americans, even though we only make 14% of the population. So, 43% of the wrongly imprisoned are Black. Your argument of "commit crime, get killed by cops" doesn't stand when there's clear bias shown. 56% of all stop and frisks NYPD conduct are Black people, they are innocent 70% of the time. Tell me once again that's not prejudice.

Whether you want it or not, black people are more represented in criminality. You can try to twist the stats all you want, that's a fact.
And of course you'll be on the radar more if you're more likely to commit a crime.
You keep blaming society and cops and whatever you want, while the issue is the overwhelming criminality in the black community. Toward society in general, but also toward themselves. What kills black people the most is other black people. Keep refusing any responsibility in this, and all you'll get is an ever-growing issue that will never end because you keep pointing at the wrong culprit.

So you mean to tell me that of 330 million people, when 3.3 million people in a mix of all ethnicities are committing violence, that majority of the 45 million black people are criminals? Even if they did commit more than others, when you look at the bigger picture, it is so insignificant compared to the black population. Institutionalization of the youth, childhood trauma and the school to prison pipeline is one factor of a multi variant equation that gives rise to that. If you wanna tell me that they are somehow genetically predisposed to be more criminal, you are a white supremacist.

The problem isn´t all lives matter isn´t a valid statement, there problem is rather that was founded as some kind of counter-movement to blm making it look a try to disregard the problem that black people are often times shot by the police.
