It’s very simple. “Black Lives Matter” isn’t meant to say “Black Lives ONLY Matter”, or “Black Lives Matter MORE”…. it means “Black Lives Matter TOO”, as in, “stop treating black lives as more expendable than the lives of others”, particularly towards law enforcement.
I can’t help but notice that the “All Lives Matter” crowd, are, almost to a man/woman, the same people who didn’t have a very high opinion of black people to start with. It’s not like this was a fresh idea that someone rolled out and people mulled it over, and then thoughtfully chose a side. “Black Lives Matter” came out, all the people who were already like “wElL, i DoN’t CaRe FoR tHe BeHaViOr Of ThEsE bLaCkS!” were like “whoawhoawhoaWHOA!!! Don’t you DARE do or say anything that challenges me holding this ignorant viewpoint! But I of course can’t say that out loud for social reasons, so I’m going to play dumb and act surprised when I say “All Lives Matter” and people take it as the prejudiced statement it’s intended to be.”
Like when you hear people upset over the First Amendment and “free speech” and all that…. it’s almost never something positive that they’re trying to say. It’s always about their “right” to say ignorant, hateful shit. I think they rationalize it as if they’re “the only ones courageous enough to speak the hard truth”, but normal, well-adjusted, and decent people know better. The spirit of that rule was so you could say “I hate George Washington!” and not get arrested and maybe even executed, like you might if you said “I hate King/Queen So-and-so!” back in Europe. I don’t think even the authors of The Constitution —MOST OF WHOM OWNED SLAVES— intended for the First Amendment to used as license to go around running your mouth like an asshole. Not for nothing, these same people screaming “free speech” often are the same ones who don’t want you taking away their guns, in part because a lot of them don’t want their mouth —which they KNOW is loud and obnoxious, don’t mistake that for a second— getting them knocked out, so they can just pull a gun a cry “self-defense!” at a non-lethal threat that would otherwise keep them honest. I’m making some stretches away from my initial, but that’s kind of a tangential “just sayin’ “ that I wanted to add.
Anyway, to get back on track…in short, “All Lives Matter” is essentially a protest to someone else’s protest, and it should be obvious why that would be offensive to do. It’s additionally maddening when it’s very poorly cloaked as some faux-innocent statement to shield themselves from any accusations of racism or insensitivity, and they try to play it off like they just broadly love human life and can’t understand why that would upset anyone. Just lmfao.
In the very early stages of Black Lives Matter, I could give it a pass on occasion, but it’s been a few years now since it really blew up, and this question has been addressed a-million-and-one times. Everyone should know by now. We know what BLM means, we know what “All Lives Matter” means as a response, and anyone who says they don’t is playing dumb or is actually immeasurably stupid.
They think that black people have been neglected due to social injustice, when most white people agree in principal about social injustice but that does not mean they deserve preference or special consideration at the expense of others. They just do not see the implied reverse racisms in the name, or understand that white people in general are sympathetic to social injustice but not to the point of say Black Lives Matter more than or less than Life it self for all people.
In the end BLM is very smart slogan and carefully provocative name, that has generated a lot of attention which was its intent. Best to ignore it completely.

Seems like most people look down on Asians because of pandemic, I will look down on anyone whether black or white, if they don’t treat Asians respectfully.
And I am not Asian, I am as Caucasian as it gets. But I hate double standards and injustice of any kind.
The other day saw a racist message of a black woman about an Asian person. That’s funny to be honest, being the victim of racism yourself and doing the same thing to others. What the hell. If you don’t want a racism against you, then don’t show racism against others either.
This kind of things makes me feel angry tbh.

I am sure not many people are like this and that was just a certain individual I met, but everybody look in your hearts and then think, if you want to be respected, respect others as well.

because most folks aren't saying ONLY black lives matter, they're making a point that black lives are still suffering more in comparison to others. They're not saying all lives don't matter, save blacks.

It’s a Democratic Party that has one agenda, to separate the races especially between blacks and whites. They don’t give a rat’s ass about black lives, they’re living it up purchasing million dollar homes for theirselves while real black people are suffering. I read an article a while back that the media plays a lot on the black population because it was saying their race is too ignorant to know better to see what’s really going on. So they were targeting them to fire things up in society to keep people separated. How true this is I don’t know as to whether that was really how they designed it. All I know is we’re being played by someone.
The BLM organization was a communist front group exploiting black people for financial gain until the gig was up and leaders started to vanish after looting the treasury. It had very little to do with race besides exploiting Lenin’s plan to destroy America via boiling over racial tensions. I can’t say this enough, don’t give the powers that be the satisfaction or the pretense to get violent.

Simply put because it muddies up the issue. The whole point of the "black lives matter" movement. Is to shine a light on the inequality of the justice system in regards to black people. When you say "All lives matter" it's not that they don't. But you're drawing attention away from the issue. And some people do it deliberately. To pretend that their isn't inequality in the justice system which just isn't true.
