It's creepy because of the age difference, but, unless she--his now adult wife--starts to complain about him being a nasty groomer who stole her innocence, it doesn't seem like an abusive situation. Creepy as all get-out, but that's all.
His outright homophobia, on the other hand, is morally and ethically deplorable, but, unfortunately, not illegal, as long as he's not advocating that physical harm should be done. That it's emotionally abusive, generally disrespectful and contributes to creating a dangerous environment for his targets doesn't seem to be a thing that concerns state or federal justice systems. No, he is wrong. Gay marriage should be legal and so the age of consent should also be lowered.

Age of consent in the US used to be 13 nationwide. In some states it was as low as 10.

Age of consent started going up to 18 during the Temperance movement in the late 1800s.

I see nothing wrong with legalizing hebephilia and ephebophilia as those were commonly practiced throughout history.

The age of consent in Japan is still 13 and the average is 14 in Europe.

As for gays I see nothing wrong with two people of the same gender being in love or having fun, but I do have an issue with rubbing it in people's faces.

Also, the transgender athlete thing is silly and I don't support that.

I also agree that 3rd graders are too young to be taught about gay marriage in school, so I support Florida's decision to ban that.

Yes I did and the article said it "IT´S UNCLEAR WHEN EXACTLY the romantic relationship began". I agree with you that I dispise people that say that child marriages are a good idea. But reading that article I don´t come to the conclusion that he started to date her shortly after they met.
I can see your point though but I don´t think it´s that obvious because only the two of them know when they started dating.
My sister also had a way older male private tutor for some subjects so she could get a very good school exam and she never dated that guy or had any kind of deeper relationship to him.
