Emotions can cause misjudgment when really important decisions have to be made terrible consequences can be had.
Because I don't like being yelled at! Also I enjoy pissing off women that try to teach, but often gripe and complain. It's quite fun :)
Making decisions based on emotions rarely works. Men think rationally and thinking rationally and logically is key to being a good leader
To be perfectly honest I think that women make perfectly good leaders because they are not driven by testosterone.
I’ve worked for a few women I’ll be honest with you they were damn good leaders very bright and intelligent I would work for them any day again. They were always open to suggestions too.
Guys think with their heads,
girls think with their feelings.
Because logic and reason beat emotions in every situation.

Large scale politics yes, emotions are pre-programmed responses tuned for a very primitive hunter-gatherer situation in which you can see everything of consequence, and all the actors are operating on very simple motivations.
This starts to fall apart in modern in-person relationships it, becomes delusional when addressing complex issues and situations you can't even see.
You have to make hard decisions as a leader. My wife can't even decide what she's wants to eat for lunch after church.
It doesn't mean men are cold and merciless but according to my religious scriptures certain type of leadership are only for men undoubtedly
