How is everyone buying houses and living such luxurious lives right now?

I don’t earn enough to buy unless it’s with a partner- which I don’t have, and with trying to save I also don’t earn enough for all these fancy cars and expensive lifestyles everyone’s living! How are people doing it?

They all have their credit card maxxed out. I heard the other day that personal debt has ballooned over the last year. Between inflation and unemployment more people than ever are just using credit cards to pay for everything. This will not be sustainable.

Having a partner does help, can’t lie. Married 15 years, we both have full time jobs.

But also, lucrative skills. We’re not a labor economy, we’re a service economy. What can you do for others and how much can you charge? The more skillful the more $$$.

I can tell your for certain that there are many…many…many Renters. They bid up for rental space and it’s not super luxurious etc..
DO NOT believe the hype…. Average starter home 1300sqft price in this area is 365,000 bid up 410,000 in cash.

I try to figure that out myself. I'm 55 and struggle to pay my bills monthly. I earn a pretty decent living and still struggle
