Why do people complain about you looking at them if they the ones looking at you?

No racial. Black people always complaining about someone looking at them. But, most of the time while you in public. Black women be looking at Black men out of jealousy. And, Black men be looking at other Black men, and it’s annoying.

There's a chance that they may assume that they assume they are being judged and by assuming they are being judged they're going to end up being mad about it... Just from my perspective since I used to be that type of person before but no worries most of the time, they don't hate you as a person. Maybe it's just their mood or what's on their mind.
