The President has 7 minutes to launch nukes in a response. Biden can't complete a sentence. The US would be destroyed anyway and it would just be more damage to the environment , so Biden if he really knows what is happening might not launch back our nukes figuring it is all over anyway.

It really doesn't matter what Joe Biden would really do so much as what Putin thinks Joe Biden would do or not do.
This whole large scale invasion of Ukraine and stand off with the west is happening because Putin thought he could get away with it given what happened in Afghanistan.

If it were not for the poor condition of the Russia's army resulting from decades of corruption and neglect, unbenounced to Putin, Putin would have won.

He had more than enough troops, equipment and personnel deployed to Crush Ukraine, they ran out of food and fuel to fight not manpower or really even equipment.

Every country is an important component of trade. I'm pretty sure we all rely on each other enough, to not have to seriously review the outcome of a possible major war.

Does it matter? What would that even achieve? It would kill a few million innocent Russian civilians, but it's not going to do a thing to help Americans.
The whole point of nukes is that they're a deterrent - if the US is attacked, they've already failed. Even if Russia thought there was only a 10% chance of Biden launching a retaliatory strike (assuming he even survived the attack), that's enough to stop them doing it.

At that point the earth will become unlivable anyway so it's pointless. Putin could simply detonate them on site , ICBMS aren't really necessary, the fallout and nuclear winter will be enough to end civilization worldwide possibly exterminate most higher life forms including humans.
