I don't think that's a smart idea. All it would take is some woman or two or three of them to simply accuse a guy of sexual assault and the next thing you know, he's on death row, for something he didn't do.

That "me too" bullshit goes a bit too far. If we followed the Q's thinking, SCOTUS Judge Kavanagh AND Thomas would be on death row for simply being accused of sexual assault. In both cases, neither women accusing these judges can point to any SINGLE instance where that happened, in addition to the situation being years after the supposed incidents. After all that time, where they had AMPLE opportunities to report the situation, both women waited until the Democrats decided to march them to the forefront to accuse two good men who were in the national spotlight as appointees to the Supreme Court.

I think sentencings should reflect the crime committed. Sexual crime- castrate them, murder-death penalty, robbery-cut hands off, assault- get assaulted etc. of course ideally the court system wouldn’t convict innocent people but 🤷🏾‍♂️ Make sure people are guilty first

Agreed. Not sure why we jump through so many hoops to keep obviously abhorrent people alive and out in society. Its not a good thing for humanity. You're preserving harmful things unnaturally. No it's not a serious enough crime for that kind of penalty. Its a crime for murders only who admit the crime and its a close and shut case. Because it simply can't be undone.
