A long time ago (1960's and early '70's), those crimes you listed could possibly mean death in most states. That was before liberals decided that was "cruel and unusual punishment" for the perp. Now, we have liberals who want to defund the cops and destroy the judicial system.
Liberal District Attorneys across the US are letting criminals go free after they're detained/arrested by the cops. Cities and liberal states are refusing to prosecute criminals. The crime rate is rising along with "serious" crimes, meaning many cities are unsafe to live in.
These same liberals are claiming the rise in crime is due to Republicans. They NEVER explain why it's Republicans fault, they just make that asinine statement. Unfortunately, too many people just accept that and continue to vote for Democrats.
Personally, I'm FOR the death penalty. If nothing else, it does 2 things. 1. It permanently removes a criminal, and 2. It REALLY does deter some criminals, when they KNOW their life is at stake for committing certain crimes.

It’s surprising how many people would rather the state feed and house a prisoner at the cost to the taxpayer for the remainder of their life rather than execute them. They’ve already damaged society and taken from it by their crime, and you’re going to subsidize the remainder of their life, decade after decade, when you could just put a bullet in their heads.
”No one deserves the death penalty!” No? Not even a serial rapist or someone who went into a busy department store and started mowing people down indiscriminately? Even them? They don’t deserve the death penalty? 🤦
Liberals. Fucking hell you people are naive.

Personally I think there should be no death penalty at all. That’s too easy. I think criminals like that should be put in a dark, cold, moost dungeon alone with moldy bread to eat and dirty water to drink. You know kind of like back in the days. They can sit there and suffer for the rest of their lives.
In Canada police officers are smart, if a criminal is unusually bad, they will find 20 different ways to interpret his crime using verbal distortions so he can get charged more than once for the same crime.
They won't ever do that.. To many elites high up in the funny handshake crowd are all into that stuff..
In a world where men complain that women make false allegations of rape, you want to see rapist face the death penalty?
You may not trust women, but you sure do trust the legal system if you can honestly support an idea like this.I would add laws that, if you falsely accuse someone of a crime, your penalty is whatever the accused would have gotten.
No. Easiest reason? Brian Banks. Six years in prison over an entirely fabricated rape allegation. Sure he lost those years, but that is recoverable. Decomposing in a box six feet under is not.
No one has any right to decide when someone else dies none of us asked to be here
I don't believe in the state having the right to murder anyone.
I am against the death penalty
