If it's a serial killer that has not confessed to all the murders nor confessed to where the bodies are, torture and truth drugs until we find all the bodies. Then execution.

Not all crime I personally think there are only 3 crimes that warrant execution

2 child molesting

3 rape

I’d add kidnapping, pimping (which involves rape and could already be covered) and attempted murder. (I don’t care if a bullet missed entirely, you meant to kill someone.)

@MikeInHawaii first degree murders is the only type of murder I would execute on. I would add it Abortion to that by the way. Kidnapping sure attempted murder maybe but you didn’t murder someone so the punishment should be less harsh. Unless you’ve planned out a murder and mist then I think execution is warranted.
