I think the only way to end feminism is to allow it to keep doing what it's doing. As unfortunate as that is, it is killing itself. Same with wokeness. Eventually, both will die out with time. To the feminist mind gender is a construct, until the issue of socially unacceptable behavior is brought up rape/domestic violence/etc is labeled as a gendered male behavior. 1 in 3 guys etc... when women who are asked the same questions in the same way give similar results. They fight against findings such as the PMC domestic violence survey that shows that women are as likely to participate in intimate partner abuse as men, or the CDC survey that shows that if you include rape by envelopment that women and men both rape and are raped at roughly the same rate.

Feminism cannot be "fixed". It is and always has been based on the assumption that females are oppressed and disadvantaged relative to males. In the distant past that was true, but it has not been true for a long time now. The very foundation of the movement has crumbled, and that is not going to change. It won't be "fixed".
Feminism claims to be THE gender equality movement, but it only sees things through the eyes of women. It always has been and always will be extremely gynocentric, and there is no place for that kind of movement in 2022. No repairs are going to change that.
All of the problems feminism has faced in recent years are a result of the fact that feminism finds itself in a place where it is no longer relevant... unless it can continue to keep women angry at men, which has worked very hard to do. But what it has also done is make men angry at women. We are fools if we don't see how feminism has divided us.
It's time to let feminism go and begin to heal the damage it has caused.
What you provided was evidence that women are disadvantaged in some ways. I could give equal evidence of disadvantages men face, too. There is no such thing as perfect gender equality and there never will be. But looking only at the female side of the equation and claiming inequality based on that is classic feminist dishonesty.
One would think appealing to the Constitution or Western norms against collective judgment would suffice, but there is no fixing them with the current elite in power. The collegiate system is their main source of elite opinion, but as such it has power and admits too many students into higher education for the sake of supporting the massive, inefficient academic bureaucracy. Clear the elites out of power all the way down to the bureaucratic level, perhaps by removing protections from firing for government employees, breaking up and ending subsidies for large media/entertainment corporations, and by making colleges liable for student loans that went bad in order to bankrupt them for ineffective teaching and admissions decisions, and wokeness will go away in short order and be replaced by a more pragmatic doctrine.

Not ideas like "Trump won the 2020 election" or "Democrats are trafficking children out of a DC Pizza Parlor", but questions like "should trans women be permitted to compete in women's sports" and "should we stop teaching algebra in the 7th or 8th grade to the students who are capable, because that leads to classrooms segregated by race?"
There's also the misguided censorship from the left of works like "Huckleberry Finn" because in it some white people say "n**", as they commonly did when Twain wrote it. Students are more than capable of understanding that Twain didn't approve. "Huckleberry Finn" is an anti-racist parable.
I think feminism/woke stuff is needed but i really really think it needs a total PR makeover and needs to be cleansed from the more radical people (who are kinda dominant nowadays)
A disaster such as war has to take place, which it will. Famine, social unrest, and losing everything you own will force people to sink or swim. The weak will sink. The strong will swim. Society resets. The cyclical nature of culture repeats over. Feminist and the woke don't strike me as a resilient bunch.

A few people own most things (CEOs etc) and the ones that actually generate the money at the bottom are left mostly out of pocket. It's far from a balanced system and most people will never and could never earn the same as the rich. In order to invest you need funds and in order to be able to risk losses you need sufficient funds or will be destitute. Trump failed repeatedly but was fine because already had the financial backing. It wasn't earned.
