I doubt it. But if it is, it will be based on the the fact that there is no constitutional right of privacy. As I wrote in a similar question: Anyone who knows me knows, I was raped at 13 and became pregnant. Due to the rapist being my fathers twin brother, there were massive genetic issues w/the fetus, and because I was raped when my body was under-developed, I was incapable of carrying to term, and the processes could’ve likely killed me! Even if the pregnancy and delivery did not kill me, we were assured that I would likely never bear any other children, as such an emergency surgical D & C (abortion) was scheduled for the following day. It was all so traumatic, I needed a sedative and an amnesiac on the morning of the surgery so I wouldn't remember a thing about that day, and it worked, I do not! But I still carry guilt and depression over that abortion, and I absolutely wanted “IT” out of me! I’ve read a lot about Roe, and according to constitutional experts it seems that it was wrongly decided. (To be clear, I AM pro choice) but Roe innumerates a constitutional right which does not exist! The right to privacy isn’t in the constitution as a matter of constitutional law! Again, I’m NOT against Roe, I just wish it could be replaced using real constitutional rights, instead of a faux right to privacy, so it stands as unassailable. If it is overturned, I will be right-there helping its replacement pass on solid constitutional grounds. But we liberals lost the right to say My Body My Choice forever, when we forced conservatives who didn’t want an experimental vaccine forcibly injected into THEIR bodies to either get it or loose their jobs, their right to travel, and even to buy anything except basic food supplies! We cannot have it both ways! Hypocrisy is never a good look, and for us to say My body my choice, but YOUR body is my choice too, just serves to undermine our entire argument! We need a right to terminate, but it needs to stand actual constitutional muster!

One could only hope.
If it is done, it really changes nothing other than the fact that its officially on the State ballot. Like it or not it was unofficially on the ballot for 50+ years already in every practical way in every state.
This is the truth about American domestic politics, the Feds may try to make a "national" policy but at the end of the day the States are going to find a way to do what their respective peoples want regardless. If they really don't want something done they will find a way to kill it, and they did that already long ago.
As such your not going to find very many abortion clinics in the southern states today. Your will find it widely available in many northern States. So in practice this issue has already been decided.
The Federal court is mostly just acknowledging the reality, and taking itself out of the fight.
This is a good thing, not only because its constitutionally consistent with a Federal Constitution that doesn't mention abortion nor almost any other domestic issue. But puts the issue on the ballot in an honest way.
Frankly if you can't trust your State legislator to work out an equable compromise on the issue of abortion as they did on every other form of murder and medical procedure. You got far more serous problems to worry about than abortion in your state.
I think we are headed that way. If not this time, then soon. The Republicans have been moving district lines and changing voting requirements to the point that they can usually get what they want, and male control over women is one of those things. Already there are laws in some states prohibiting ANY pregnancy terminations. That means if it is an ectopic pregnancy, it cannot be terminated, although it is impossible for the baby to survive and likely it can kill the mother also. Republican thoughts: Tough shit!

I don't know, a leaked memo draft or whatever could be a political play for upcoming mid-terms. I can't say I have ever heard of a leaked draft on up coming rulings before, seems the SCOTUS has a major problem that needs to be investigated and people arrested for it.
I personally will wait for the official ruling.Unlikely, the Supreme Court is comprised of some of the most lazy people in history
Sadly, yes. And that really sucks.
I honestly don't know. I think it's possible
