Sounds like the scammers you're talking about are funded by the government, with the purpose of gaining more control. Problems, reactions, solutions.

If they really cared all the scamming as well as poverty could've been eliminated already, but the government themselves are scammers.

I guess I’m not sure. Perhaps there could be a “third way”. Like we have the dark web now. Perhaps we have the opposite. A light web that is only accessible with proper IDs and people are way less vulnerable.
