the woman could be charged with Paternal Fraud but it would be unlikely for any DA to touch it as it could cost the re-election.
There are exceptions though like below,

Legally any child had while married to her is legally his. He would need to get a paternity test and establish who the real father is to get away from paying support. Women who do that to men are worthless pieces of shit and are unworthy of the title mother..

the state doesn't care he pays child support if they divorce, and the woman doesn't get charged with fraud just like women that say their ex molested their children to get back at him why don't they get arrested for false reporting think of the time wasted when police could look into real cases
