Does John have duty to provide a transplant?

John and Jane are in relationship and in the being they agree they don't want children. John has a genetic condition he doesn't want pass on and doesn't feel he can afford the expenses of a child. John is also saving to get a vasectomy and Jane agree to use birth control medicine untill than. Jane changed her mind about wanting kids and stopped her birth control without telling John. When John finds out Jane got pregnant because she had stopped birth control he agree to pay child support, gave up all parental right and cut all contact with Jane and the daughter Sally. Year latter Sally is sick and need a transplant or she will die, the hospital is have no luck finding match for Sally. It is believed John could be a match for Sally due to being a biological parent.

Dose John have responsibility to Sally to get test and agree to a transplant?
Does John have duty to provide a transplant?
