Did Hitler really only have one nut?

I've heard the story that he was kicked there by a jewish girl who wouldn't return his advances and lost one, and that potentially played into the development of his ideology. Is there truth to him only having a single testicle or has it just been made up in the decades since to mock him?

A recent trove od documents from the Landsberg prison where he was jailed after his failed putsch does have mentions of this issue in Hitler's medical dossier.

But there's so many ways it could have been planted, hoaxed etc. Who really cares... You can see his degeneration in the last year of the war, mentally and physically. So much so the Brits called off an assassination plot becuase Hitler was doing their job for them.
