I couldn't find this quote online or if Obama ever said that, but no, I don't agree with that. Only feminists, pussies, and pathetic beta men say crap like that.

Closest thing I could find was Obama saying "Women are "indisputably better [leaders] than men.", but he's still wrong, considering he didn't let Michelle Obama run for president in his place. Then again, he said "women," so...

Also Barack Obama is a politician; it's literally his job to lie. Why would we believe a word that comes from this asshole? To quote South Park, he's "like a German porn star's mouth; always full of sh*t."

Obliviously there some things women are more inclined at than men are... but the same is true for men. As a whole I would disagree that any one sex is better than the other, but let me say if was heading into a fight or sit at the bar and throw back drinks and talk shit I would prefer to bring along a one of my male friends, and if I was getting ready to go out for nice dinner or weekend get away or to babysit one of my nieces or nephews I would prefer to bring along my girlfriend.

I don't know how either can exist without the other. Without the inventions and productivity of men, we wiould still be in the Stone Age. However, since only a few men are needed for reproduction, men are more expendable, especially the men in the lower 25 percentile that seldom reproduce, nor do they invent or produce much.

Women are more even tempered than us men, but I think that men are more logical given military situations given that I 18 years in military 6 years as US Army Scout Sniper and 12 Years in Iraq and Afghanistan as USAF PJ in essence I have seen quite literally.
