I really like this argument. Men are naturally more aggressive as a result of a higher average level of testosterone. I'd argue however, that it appears that men in history have started wars because the majority of those in power were men. Often times, conflicts are not about men being aggressive, but are about protecting the interests of a sovereignty - the cost of war is too high to be unjustified. Under this logic of a game-theory basis for war, I'd argue that intelligent women leaders would use similar methods. And to say that women would avoid situations of conflict would be naïve, because that would allow the rise of an agressive leader that would exploit this - it's all game theory, and I maintain that women aren't stupid to not play by the rules.

Women , as a majority, do not start wars or trick people to start wars nearly as much as men. Sure some women trick men to start wars but most of us do not. you're just talking about the exceptions. women are far less likely to steal, rebel against authority, rape, burglarize, or beat each other up, less likely to use guns / weapons/ knives.

It isn't a debate, but fact. We can argue the reasons, the validity of the sample and so on, but based on the entire history of Europe: Women start more wars.
Extrapolating and combining these two statements we could make the reasonable guess that it is ability to commit an act, and not gender, that makes people prone to doing so.

I do not understand why you want to argue a new topic.
If you do want to argue it: This report is heavily flawed. It references prison studies and small samples where the goal was to prove the hypothesis instead of disproving it. This is already practically sinful and can not be taken seriously. If we take this seriously we might as well assume that X group causes in increase in terrorism because when it grows larger in a city (the city expands) so does terrorism! It is nonsensical. Science is the pursuit of proving yourself wrong, not right.
Outside of that, if you and I stop trying to be the authority on the topic, the academic consensus is that testosterone impacts benign and detrimental social behaviour to about even levels. When measuring normal or random samples instead of cherry-picking murderers as your subjects testosterone is instead proven to have little, if any, impact on aggression.
As a final nail in the coffin even your own report says that it is unclear how relevant testosterone is to aggressive behaviour and only theorizes about how important it might be.

each gender has pro and cons.
within each gender people are good and bad at varying degrees.
humans are complex and it’s hard and wrong to pigeon hole people.
everything (within reason) someone from one gender can do then someone from the other gender can do, simply because everyone in each gender is different with different abilities etc.

Depends on the area in question. Although I would argue that both have an equal footing, both are generally stronger in certain categories. Sure women bear children as you say but not without men. You say women are more productive but what evidence are you citing to back up this claim? As for focus, what research says that women focus better than men? And is this true across generations? I believe that both sexes are well made and have very strong attributes that compliment each other but would not say that one is better than the other.
