It baffles me that every time we have an active shooter, police wait outside for hours to wait for tactical teams. As a former US Infantry Marine, I find this weak. You have uniformed officers with Kevlar and AR-15s. The uniformed officers got shot at, and they retreated and refused to reengage? What in the actual fuck? What kind of spineless chain of command operates in this way?
