What about the people that were sent to prison and later DNA evidence proved they were innocent? What about the Duke fake rape case where a black stripper accused the white boys of rape and. if they did not have millionaire families, they would have gone to prison because the prosecutor was lying and hiding evidence for political reasons?

Of course. It's not a crime to beat someone up after they violated you in the most horrific way. The rapist needs to realize the pain they've caused the victim. I'm 100% for it.

1) take the guilty beyond all doubt person to an old shed with a stump in the middle of it.
2) attach their nut bag to the stump with several long nails or screws.
3) hand the rapist a dull, rusty knife
4) set the building on fire.
5) let them decide their own fate.

I don't think morally we can do that. But I think we as a society should chain the offender up, give her a bat or whatever and then just kind of look the other way, maybe get a cup of coffee for 20 minutes. And whatever happens while we're away we just didn't know happened.
