40 minutes to respond with force. I could have shot over a dozen with a musket by then, or stabbed dozens to death, or hell anything. If your aim is to kill people, and cops won't respond in almost an hour, you can do a shit ton of damage.

I'm still confused why people trust cops, they are not on our side. Made even more evident when they detained parents who were trying to save their kids when they saw the cops do nothing.

Yes, they did nothing to save those children and their teachers. Why did they wait? Why didn't they listen to their cries for help? They didn't do their job.
