Switching parties won't do anything for her. She's the kind of Republican who doesn't care about anything but lowering taxes, and otherwise just licks her finger and sticks it up in the air. There's not really any place for that mindset in either party anymore, and even if she ran as a Democrat, her history of supporting Trump policies (even insincerely) would be used against her. She wouldn't even make it past a democratic primary let alone get anywhere else. If she had said her piece and then moved on with her job, she could've recovered, but now she's even supporting the abolition of the electoral college and by extension, making the Senate and model of independent states obsolete. That's a HUGE betrayal for Wyoming, which would otherwise be the most irrelevant state in the country as far as politics is concerned. She's just another elitist who has forgotten that she's a representative of a specific constituency, and not elected nobility.
The fact she's from the Cheney family really doesn't help, either. That's about as swampy as it gets on the right, and it's very clear that establishment Republicans are about as popular as Democrats are with conservative voters.

No. If there's any justice, she'll have made such a strong case that even Republicans accept that Trump (and his co-conspiritors) lied to them, conned them, and used them to try to steal the presidency against all democratic principles. Of course, Fox, and various people on here, are trying to convince people not to watch the hearings and find out the truth for themselves (from the mouths of Republicans close to Trump, even his family).
She might retire. She could always just wait it out, and come back in a year or two, once Trump is out of the picture. The problem there is that she went along with him on 99% of things, so it's hard for her to distance herself from him now, the way a Jeb Bush or Paul Ryan could (should they ever wish to make a comeback).
She has nothing to gain by changing parties; dem voters aren't going to support her. And she's done getting any repub support, because she actively works against their interests at every opportunity.
I agree she'll probably turn up on a far left TV station to collect her payola for her service of the democrat party. Those TV channels are a revolving door for socialists when they're between government jobs.
Liz Chaney is one of the few sensible people in the Republican Party, which as you say, is exactly why she'll lose the primary in her state. She said one the best things I've heard in a while, and I've never really been a fan of hers. She said "Trump will be gone, but your shame will remain."

You are not responding to the point. You are free to lick trump's orange asshole. But don't pretend he speaks for everyone else who refuses. I would never argue about your faith in trump because it is not based upon fact or logic.

You are not posting facts. The economy was hemorrhaging jobs. Our debt was exploding. There was some good signs initially on the economy but the turd refused to deal with the pandemic. That's the primary reason why things cratered.
