Oil though has nothing to do with the Ukrainian war. American oil refiners are not even set up to refine Russian oil. There are different qualities of crude oil around the world and each refinery is specifically tuned to process different sorts of crude oil. Oil prices in the USA are a result of Federal government regulations. We have plenty of oil in America that can be mined. Leases were blocked by a Democrat congress though. Delivery costs could have also been significantly reduced by finishing pipelines which were blocked by Democrats so that Warren Buffett could make more money transporting oil by train. It's cronyism capitalism by the Democrats. They are responsible for their own actions.

No, because everyone knows that we only got less than 8% of our fossil fuels from Russia, and that was mostly liquified natural gas, not crude oil! Anyone with half a brain knows that the price of gas began rising LONG before Russia invaded Ukraine. Coincidentally, the price of gas began rising as soon as Biden took office, cancelled the XL pipeline, and voided hundreds of millions of acres of existing oil leases. Biden promised to “eliminate gasoline” if he got elected, and surprise… Finally, Joe Biden actually kept one of his campaign promises, and shocker gas prices are more expensive than they have been throughout all of history!

So now we have the reliance on the oil created, the instigating of cutting off the product being relied on, and knee capping nations chances to rebuild.

No, Ukraine has nothing to do with the rising gas prices. The Biden administration has done 80 things to cause an increase in gas prices. Prices were going up before Putin invaded. After the spike due to the invasion; gas prices stabilized back to the upward trajectory that was established beforehand.
