Speaking as a (former) quiet angry one, I can 100% confirm, yes. Yes they are. Because why the hell would you go around advertising that? You think Dexter Morgan does that? Loud angry ones, like Amber Heard, are one thing, but you can see them coming a mile away. The quiet ones are stealthy. They have time to plan things out. And no one ever sees them coming.

The quiet angry ones are the MOST dangerous. And the ones who need love, support, and therapy the most, but never get it because society tends to not care about them. So they adapt to that and use being invisible to their advantage.
