Yes. I want a divorce - from liberals/leftists/progressives/Democrats - whatever their pet names are. I'm sick and tired of them constantly and ALWAYS blaming everything on someone or something as the "cause" of the outcome of their idiotic policies.
I want them to have their own patch of dirt they can SCREW up as much as they want and leave the rest of us alone. Gun control, abortion, trans bullshit, lgbtqrstgwyz, BLM assholes, and all the illegal immigrants they want. They wanna play stupid games with calling themselves "they", "ze", "zer" whatever... fine. Just don't pull that stupidity on the conservative side. They don't want a 2nd Ammendment? Fine. They want an Ammendment that says abortion is OK, even after birth (infanticide)? Fine. They wanna spent TRILLIONS of dollars they don't have? Fine. They wanna give everyone free everything - Fine!
I, and a whole LOT of people are totally sick and tired of their bullshit. EVERYONE KNOWS (including them), just how stupid and completely IMPOSSIBLE it is to do what they want. Yet, they continue to head for the cliff at full speed. They're idiots at best, complete LIARS at worst, and they love their ideas. Fine.
I quit. I want a complete break up. Split the country.
The problem is beliefs change over time. People can just move to different areas if they feel so effected by it. Afterall people left europ to make the us. If we had to make a new country everytime peoples mind changed we would be terribly unstable and forget being the most powerful country in the world. Division makes us vulnerable. People can be different and still coexist. They just have to get over themselves. The states a pretty much already this anyway. We use one President but in general you see that California and Wisconsin are very different culturally and that’s because different people are there no matter who the President is. Locally nothing will really change and on the National scale things barley change from election to election. We have high gas prices but if our oil companies were state owned it would be like that. However so much of it is sold to other countries that it’s almost doesn’t matter what side our leadership is on. The current situation was inevitable. At the end of the day the people in the country really won’t be effected if we split up because the problems we have are long term effects of things that have been happening for decades. Splitting into clubs now is just antisocial at best and that’s useless in a proper society.
That’s a terrible idea and the colors for some of these states are all wrong (Maryland is not a red state for example). We need to work out our differences, not make them worse.

It wouldn't allow people vto live peacefully... The opposite actually.
A large amount of the war hungry nations are small land locked nations with poor economies and theirs a few good reasons for this.
#1 if a country doesn't have direct access to the ocean then trade becomes difficult.
#2 if a country is surrounded on all sides then they lose a lot of their strategic advantages when it comes to fighting foreign powers.
#3 if you combine points 1&2 then you get a nation with an economy that's almost doomed to fail if it doesn't have foreign intervention.
#4 by dividing the nation you actually give the extremists on all sides a better opportunity to seize control and ultimately alter the culture of their new found country.
#5 when you have varying cultures that do not share a common goal then conflict is more likely to arise.
#6 one at a strategic and economic disadvantage while also being surrounded by potential enemies you will soon find unrest among the people.
Yeah, it’s well past time for a peacefully negotiated breakup, and that map you posted is a pretty good one. The other day I read comments to an article in the Washington Post in which leftists were saying that Lego shouldn’t build a factory in Virginia that they’ve announced they will by 2026 because the leftists didn’t like the current governor’s policies. These crazies should have their own country, walled off from a normal United States. That way they can have their totalitarian hellhole with censorship, political prisoners, and CCP-style control of the economy.
The problem is that there aren't really "red states" and "blue states" like the map implies. When you look at how specific parts of the country really vote, the difference is heavily weighted in major cities vs everyone else. You can't really divide a country up that way.
Of course we can. They just have to live with the laws the majority passes or else they can move.
@KelleyNice the Democrats are shipping their foreign voters to red areas to ensure Democrat rule forever.
Yeah Yugoslavia went really well, no problems there…
of course every single person in each state voted for whatever colour won that state.
there were not that were very close or even where a few million voted for someone else.
what’s the problem with moving a few million people around the country, can’t see any problems there
I love how many foreign people can see what is going on here in the US when so many citizens can’t or won’t.
@chrismaster69 Historically, Yugoslavia was assembled from a collection of independent states, so breaking it up again was no big deal. That analogy doesn't apply to the US.
@AviatorTom what it was no big deal?
Are you fucking serious?
There is no way to divide USA in a way that would avoid conflict. Too many MAGA republicans in California and too many liberal Democrats in Texas. Splitting countries is mostly successful when there is a local difference in national identity. For example, people in Scotland generally considers themselves as "Scottish" rather than "British". Since all Americans considers themselves as "Americans" first and foremost there is simply nothing to divide.
What about the millions of normal people that are stuck in liberal states like CA that can't move? Some because they can't afford it, (housing prices greatly increased in red states lately due to high demand from people leaving blue states), and some can't move because their job wouldn't transfer.
And the liberals hate the idea of splitting the country. They purposely want to go to where normal people are and ruin things for them. Just like how lgbtq target and harass churches.
So what if they are stuck because they can't afford or because of their jog. It doesn't change their situation. If it is bad enough, they will find a way. It is not like they can get a job at fast food places regardless of where they move. Of course, if that is at half their current salary, they won't think it is bad enough. In any event, that fact that many people will be moving will improve their situation because no state wants to lose their tax slaves and will adjust their laws to keep them from moving.
What seems impossible now might become very possible after the dollar loses reserve currency status (a process that is well underway but takes years). Eventually, the USG will not be able to afford to project force abroad and possibly not even internally.
No, people are looking at this all wrong. People are trying to hard to federalize their ideas. These things should be STATE laws, not federal laws. If New York wasn't trying to tell Montana what to do, and Texas wasn't trying to tell California what to do, things would be perfectly fine. Well are the united STATES not the singular state. Stop trying to impose your beliefs onto the states comprises of people who disagree with you. Let people have their freedom.
We tried that once and it resulted in thousands of people dying in the Civil War.
No, the US should not split up into multiple countries, although few would mind if California just slid into the ocean.
You have no sense of history…check out USA History in 1840-65…
It would cause a lot of issues.
A lot of states depend on each other and many red states depend on California.
USA should have been broken up along with the Soviet Union. It was a mistake by Europe only breaking up the USSR.
it wouldn't break up like the picture, it would go county by county
and once you realize that... you realize there are no blue states, only red states with big cities.
so the country can't split, there is nowhere for the democrats to go
I agree we are far too divided in economics and political beliefs
What is the date of the map? It seems some of those Red and Blue States are off.
I do not think it is time for the United States to break apart.
Through our Diversity of thought and people we can find strength.
LoL in what way does diversity add any strength at all? I'll wait.
I think this is actually a good idea. I am very much sick of Republicans and conservatives in general.
Ya but Alaska and the northern states would turn blue… Florida ain’t gonna send shit to them also they r far away so it’ll be hard
I’m ok with that. All those red states are dragging the US down.
Arizona, Nevada, and Utah are pretty conservative states.
I do Not see any advantages; diversity is Our Strength...
I that kind of talk ended when OUR Civil War ended but then again that's just my humble opinion!!
It would actually be very very good idea
I cannot stand libtards
Probably won't happen until after ww3
Who cares.
