Usa is only as powerful as it is together. Historically country's fight to the death to gain a mile of water access. Usa had both major ocean access then Panama canal. On top of that alaska artic access just for air but with global warming water access.

If we divide in two the whole globe would dog walk us and humiliate us. We also don't have the capital to sustain ourselves. In a divorce who's taking on the national debt? Further more who's buying our debt?

It would be one thing if we didn't go so isolationist but now betrayed every sovereign country trust who would but our debt. We're pretty fucked holding the bag.

I say give them half the country and build a wall along the Mississippi River. Then they can have an open border, abolish home ownership and have free everything.
