Well said. I'm sick of all this love and accept everyone as they are crap. If someone has these deep down "disphoria" feelings, keep that to yourself. Or if need be, only discuss it with people who care. (And get some help) Don't advertise it. It's crazy how these people started out just wanting to be recognized, now they want to get first place in competitions where they don't belong. And even if you struggled to be a good competitor as a man... Wouldn't that give you more insentive to train harder? I can't tell you how many times I had to put in a boat load of extra work in order to be the best at something. Even when I didn't get first place or place very high, I was happy with the results of my efforts. It's very satisfying to do more work than someone else and know that those efforts beat someone who doesn't need to try as hard. What happened to men having this mentality? What happened to men being men?
It’s about time! Now the next step is to strip the man of his victories and medals and give them to the person who got second place as they would be the rightful victors.
The final step will be the admission of guilt and folly and apologizing to every single woman that had to compete against that man.
The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. How in any way is it right to let that man compete against women in their own sports?
A male will never lose their upper body strength that women don't have. It's a guys upper body strength that gives him an upper hand and then he wins. If he had the same strength as women have, it would be a fair competition.
Let's ask those guys if they are willing to have surgery to remove his upper body muscles in such a way that he would be more like a woman inside. I bet he would say no to that.
I'm not saying women don't have upper body strength, but guys are born with more, that's all I'm saying.
The point of the separation of gender in sports isn't arbitrary - it's there so the men don't dominate in EVERYTHING, and women have an opportunity to compete! Just switching your personal gender doesn't change the fact that you are still stronger!

The buoyancy of a biologically male body is different than that of a biologically female body. Weight distribution also is different, which puts the biologically male individual at an advantage in activities such as swimming. A biologically male individual should not compete against someone that is biologically female, due to those natural advantages. Period.
Just because you don’t identify as the sex you were born into, it doesn’t mean your chromosomes change along with how you view yourself. You can identify as a carrot for all I care. Enough with the denial. Biologically you will never change no matter how much you want your biology to. It doesn’t work that way.
It needed to be done. We can't have professional and semi-professional sports where non-biological women compete against biological women. Biological men produce testosterone, and no amount of hormone therapy can eliminate the muscle mass that was generated by having natural testosterone prior to the hormone therapy beginning. You also set up situations where some biological men were competing at a high level and barely being ranked, and then they decide to transition and completely destroy all if the best biological women in the same sport.
I get that people are told to be their true self. In that it don't matter what I think.
I get that people are told to express them selves. IN that I will listen but I get to express myself too.
But here is the kicker. Just because you want to be your true self and express yourself does not mean the rest of us have to stop.
Change yourself all you want but don't expect the world to change with you, for you. That line is one, if you cross it, expect a whole lot of expression.
Drugs and even surgery do NOT turn a boy into a girl. Period. A woman is a woman and "trans"women are NOT women. Therefore, they should not be allowed to compete against women in competitive sports.
Trans athletes who want to compete against woman can eat shit. I don't care about their tender feelings.
FINA has made a sensible ruling. A person who goes through puberty as a male and then changes to female is not allowed to compete in women's swimming events... because it can give them an unfair physical advantage. FINA is planning to have an "open" category for anyone to compete.
That seems fair to me.
There's still something unfair going on. At most colleges & universities men's sports like football and basketball have to fund sports that not enough people want to see like women's college sports & trans-dudes. If a team can't fund itself for say 5+ years then something is wrong. Maybe there's too many teams out there.

I have said this multiple times already. I think dividing the top echelons of sport tournaments into arbitrary groups is fundamentally against the spirit of competition. It is as absurd as dividing white and black athletes. If that means that black people will dominate some sports then that is just the reality we live in as the best should be proven to be so through a competition with the rest and not isolated from competitors for stupid reasons.
