I'd consider Portuguese people white. CR7 is special because he's from Madeira that is an island that is more southern than the mainland therfore Ronald's skin colour is darker than of other Portuguese.

Because Andre Silva for example is also Portuguese and his skin is lighter because he is from North of Portugal.

Like Sicily, Portugal has ben invaded over history by North Africans, in this case Basques, Berbers and others. Sicily was invaded by Moors. In both groups, you can see a little tint in their complexions from that. But a little tint doesn't change your race. It only gives you character.

Just because someone tans easily in the summer, doesn't mean they're necessarily mixed with something else.
Portuguese, Sicilians,, Italians and Greeks are Mediterranean people. Mediterranean people have always had this olive complexion that tans easily in the summer and pale in the winter, you can see that in ancient Roman frescoes. That's normal because of the geographic length of these countries, so humans are adapted to the environment they live

Mediterranean people yes but when you factor in the amount of Arab dna they have from the hundreds of years the Muslims ruled the iberian peninsula, all that African blood from slavery and the Portuguese empire and native American blood from their empire in Brazil as well as India its hard to say...

Yes, most of them are. And I say most because there black and mixed portuguese people.
