I'd go for the Greenland Guillemot. They don't even think they're a part of North America (I think they don't have maps), so he probably wouldn't even bother showing up.

greenland as far as I know is part of Europe (I think norway denmark or the netherlands have it as a territory)

yes greenland is between europa and north america in the far northern atlantic and arctic oceans. its technically part of Europe being a danish territory

Insofar as its coast can be seen from Canada on a clear day, it's part of Europe in political terms, and nothing but.

Being between North America and EUROPA, however, would require it to have left the planet. I'm pretty sure even *I* would have heard about that.
