Why White people can't say that they are proud to be white?

My beautiful snow white (Girl friend) is very confident. But I feel like she doesn't feel confident to praise or take pride in her beautiful white skin. I asked her the reason and the summary was "You be labeled as white supremacists"

Where as in my race which is brown people openly take pride in her brown skin and even they look down on other skin tones.

Similarly my black friends told me the same.

My girlfriend's little sister was also told numerous times that she need to Tan because that is seen as "standard"

Why is it socially acceptable?
I remember few years back in WWE they openly make fun of Paige's and Sheamus white skin. Image what would have happened if they had made fun of R-Truth skin tone (Black).

I think this needs to stop and we as a society should not shatter the confidence of our white sisters.

They are beautiful like others and they have a right to take pride in their beautiful white skin like others.

This question has got me thinkin'. I notice when I see people building free houses for homeless people, like Habit for Humanity, it's mostly white people building the houses for other races.
When black people take to the streets in protest about their issues, it's white people walking ride along side with them.
White people volunteer their time a lot for good causes that help people. We don't just sit on our asses doing nothing! We get in there and lend a hand wherever it's needed.
What would life be like if there were no white people? They should be praised for helping people that need it!
And that is something to be proud of ☮️

We are weak, dependent, we need guidance, we need food water, sex etc to live. We get old, we die.

Dude, the whole idea of "believing" in God, or that you have a creator, or that there's a greater purpose, or anything of that nature, is that you don't necessarily have the kind of proof that all people will accept. That's why it's a "belief". I COULD defend my belief with things I've experienced, have learned to be true, and so on. But as I said, I'm not going forward with a discussion like that.

Besides, if I did offer what I thought was undeniable proof, it STILL wouldn't be "proof" to all, no matter how remarkable or Earth-shattering it was.

You don't choose the race you are born with. You don't have to achieve anything to be born a certain race. No reason to be proud of something you didn't do.
