Wow, conservatives are going for it, huh?

I love your libtard option it’s always funny.
but yes once again we have the situation between the power of the states v federal government The federal government does not have the power to curb carbon emissions or even really regulate them. The states of course have that power but the federal government does not.
It’s like the issue of marijuana the federal government technically does not have the power to say you cannot smoke marijuana in the state governments have the power to say you cannot smoke marijuana but the federal government does not technically the federal government ban on heroin in unconstitutional that should be up for the states to decide. Not that I want people using heroin still it should be a state issue. I don’t understand why we pretend the 10th amendment doesn’t exist The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. This includes abortion weed birth control gay marriage etc if Texas doesn’t want Weed to be legal that’s there right as a state If California doesn’t want weed legal that’s there right as well.
The reason why we have 50 different state governments is because the founders were afraid of revolution as well as interstate civil wars, it does back to the federalist (John Jay Hamilton and Maddison) vs the anti federalist Robert Yates (Brutus), most likely George Clinton (Cato), Samuel Bryan (Centinel), and either Melancton Smith or Richard Henry Lee (Federal Farmer) also includes Jefferson and Patrick Henry. Yes your right banks are federal that do to Woodrow Wilson who was a big governor supporter who sighed In the federal reserve and instantly regretted it "I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. “A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit.” Unfortunately since the civil war our system have gotten bigger and bigger and bigger. Slavery destroyed states rights and the federal government with roe v wade destroyed trust in the federal system. Because of the Internet and social media in basically has caused us to become more and more polarized because we can get into our community groups which causes group think depression and frankly the destruction of the United States we are so polarized that I don’t see how we can come back together this is why because of our polarization it’s important for states to control their own destiny rather than the federal government otherwise it could turn into a hot Civil War or already in a cold civil war, hence why the culture war in the United States.
Another thing blown completely out of proportion. As I understand it, this ruling is pretty darn narrow. It does NOT limit the EPA. It simply says they don't currently have the authority in a specific case. It leaves it completely open to be given that power. In other words, it is not saying they can't have that power, only that they currently do not. It doesn't rule out being given that power tomorrow.
