Murder - premeditated termination of a person's life.
A person in the US 14th amendment appears to described being born unto the US.
Hotly debated, I'm sure, and definitions vary per country and probably even with the US.

If it was "murder," it'd be called murder. It's not even a baby, otherwise it wouldn't be called an embryo or fetus. Babies are at least six months old in the womb, from conception. But why bother with logic and common sense; just control other people's pussies and call it "baby murder."

Murder Implies to me that someone was living and was able to understand and live life to the fullest and was shot down or killed. Last I checked, babies don’t understand like that or have lived. There heart beats sure, but they haven’t truly been murdered. Personally, I don’t believe in abortion, like if I had knocked up a chick, I would personally want to keep the child. And that’s another issue to discuss, if the husband or man wants the child, then they should also have a say because it does take two. If a man has to support a woman if she decides to keep it, then a man should have a right to have a say if they have a child. Obviously, exceptions to that rule is full on forcible rape. However, I agree that it is wrong, but I’m not sure if murder is the right term for that. Otherwise, it is a choice that should only be mad between the three people involved, the man, the woman, and the doctor.
