they catch people street racing

pull them from car crush it, admittedly the pulling from the car should be optional.

Instant ban from driving for 12 months for first offence, 2 years for 2nd and 10 years for 3rd

95% of the time dumb idea. There were a few clubs that used to run on some of the empty highways outside of town where I grew up. Comparatively safe but you’ll still lose your license if you get caught

Where I live there is a lot of street racing going on in residential neighborhood's and the cars crash, the people die or get very badly hurt or mangled.

Street racing is fun as hell man there should just be a designated area for it and its at your own risk to be in or race in that area
