As far as pronouns and thinking of them as "female," honestly, yes. The 5% or less of them who can actually not look like a straight up man in a wig. Unlike that transwoman you showed here. But yeah, if they looked legit female, I wouldn't have to lie to my own eyes about calling them a "she/her," even if they're still dudes. But almost no transwomen actually look female.

As far as sleeping with them or dating them, though? No. They are still men. They still have a penis, or male anatomy. I'd be friends with a transwoman, though. I knew one here in Korea; they were from Columbia or Venezuela or something and were 6'1" without heels. They were a bartender at a bar I used to go to in late 2021.

But I don't think I could ever date a man/transwoman. Simply because I'm not gay and dicks and naked male anatomy gross me out.

Yes I do, I think there's an inherent subconscious bias in a way. If you saw her out and about, you wouldn't think of much of it; in passing, you'd likely have no idea she's trans. Anyway, the question wasn't about dating, and that's why it's not in a section related to dating/relationships. Sure, dating is a part of being accepted, but it's just one part. I don't think dating a woman who's trans would be a bad thing; it would be like being with a woman who knows your anatomy better, increasing her ability to please you. Also, most men really wish their girlfriends/wives were more open to anal, but genetic women don't get the same enjoyment out of it as trans women do, for one simple reason I don't care to explain. Call it gross all you want, I don't care, as I know you'll probably change your mind one day in the future; it happens all the time.

I'm speaking more of just acceptance in society, but of course, dating is a part of that; if someone's accepted as a woman by a heterosexual man, he's obviously more likely to have intimate relations with that person. For me, I don't think of someone like Bruce Jenner as a woman; he's a weirdo with a paraphilia. In stark contrast to how I see someone like Bruce, a trans woman like the one pictured in this post, I view as a woman; if I saw her in a bar/nightclub, I'd probably offer to buy her a drink.
