Definitely less than today, most countries will stop growing within the later half of the century, there won't be immigration to replace those people others. There's already a bunch of countries in Asia and Europe under replacement rate (with less than 2 children per women). In the Americas, most countries are barely close to the 2 children per family, only a handful of African and middle eastern countries are above that number.

There is enough going on in China. It's a one party dictatorship with a tight net of digital and real-world surveillance. When Reagan spoke about "a slave state in the ultimate development", he described what the Soviet Union never was, but what today's China certainly is. So that's what is happening to a lot of minorities in China, among them the Uighur people. Many are put into slave work facilities, where they have to work 12h/day for Western companies. And that's one of the reasons why there are no genocides - these people are too valuable for the regime.
