Are human rights real?

I dont believe in universal human rights, the universe did not grant these to man, man secured his fate and ordained these “rights” upon himself. How do you have a right to breathe Gods good air? What if your very breathe causes pollution to other life god deems more pure than your own? What good does humanity do for the earth? What good have we ever done? And looking into the future based on the present course of humanity … do you think there will ever be a time where humans tip the scales to good in this universe?

I read your post several times but failed to understand what you were trying to say,
First you deny human rights and then you try to be pessimistic about humanity,

The God that created air also created us, so why is there a problem for us to breathe that air,

And in which way are you trying say that when will humanity be in the good part,
Then please define the word "Good" for me

I'll ask you a question, is it wrong to kill someone? And why is it wrong to kill someone? Should every person be allowed to do that?

Asking a question - are universal rights real? I say no, because we had to fight to survive. I think we are living in a 4000 yo Race War, maybe there’s a game plan tho?

The idea of rights is a human construct so not real.

However, the idea of universal human rights is considerably more significant than any of the ridiculous God concepts.

That is no to say that there is no basis for human rights, it can be demonstrated that murder is wrong because nobody wants to be murdered and anyone claiming to want it wouldn't be being murdered anymore anyway.

Same with all the other major stuff, rape, theft etc.

This is philosophy, it is supported by a solid foundation of logic, very different to the claims made by religion which all say, you have to do what i say because i claim to be a God.

There has never been any evidence of any kind to support any of the claims made by theists for the existance of their Gods and if such an entity should ever been discovered in the future that entity would have absolutely no relationship what so ever with any of the claimed dieties from religious dogma.

1. Human rights don't have anything to do with the natural order. Prey will be eaten. That's how it goes. Human rights are the innate interpersonal freedoms every born human has to control their own lives and destinies.

2. Yes, we have the right to not be murdered as it goes against our right of self determinance and of the right to keep living.

3. Depends. If you have one nuke and 100,000 pipe bombs, the nuke will still be worse. But if you have one nuke and 100,000 cobalt bombs, they are worse.

There exist a concept known as "Natural rights" which is the sum of anything you might be able to do if you were alone in the State of Nature.

As we do not live in a state of Nature to protect the most important of theses rights and work together we create systems of law where we agree to cede a defined set of theses rights for the protection of others which might otherwise be threatened by other people.

These protections became known as "legal rights" among some although they are really just securities. The name however has confused many into thinking that a great many other securities which they might desire from others can be so made 'legal rights'.

At some point some of theses people even decided to declare that everyone should have a arbitrary set of securities which they deemed universal 'rights'.

Depends if God is real or not. If God is real right are real. If god is not real rights don’t have a meaning to them. Same with moral there no point in living a moral life if god doesn’t exist.

You live comfortably because of man. You have an education and you're not getting raped by cave men because of men. You live safe and comfortably and are allow to complain about men in house on the internet that men created for you to do that. It doesn't have to be universal law for it to be a real thing. The world is split into different territories because different people hold different beliefs. A lot of countries don't agree upon what is a human right or not. It becomes a right when enough people collectively hold the same or similar beliefs and are willing to take action to secure them as a right.
