Should people be put in prison for hentai?

Do you think that hentai depicting fictional drawn hentai characters that are under 18 having sex with adults (lolicon or shotacon) should be in prison and labeled a pedophile? If you believe so, how is this different than if you were incarcerating people for drawing up an image of the Muslim prophet muhammed?

I personally don't believe anyone should be in trouble in anyway that leads them to be in prison and have their life destroyed because of a drawing even if people found it disgusting morally speaking. I support the first amendment like a real American with liberal values should.

No. I don't think people should be punished for watching drawn/animated porn or reading erotica that contains elements that are considered unethical or illegal (such as shotacon/lolicon or bestiality). Punishment should be reserved for those engaging in actions that actually hurt others or encourage people to perform hurtful/unethical/illegal actions.

Likewise, I have no issue with people having sex with sex-dolls shaped to look underaged, as long as they don't go and have sex with real life underaged people.

No. The people put in prison should be people who are actually dangerous to society. Leave prisons for the murderers, rapists, child-molesters, and anyone else who commits violent crimes.
