Context.
Sri Lankans broke into their Presidential Palace (not the seat of government) and did so as retaliation for the very corrupt and self-serving fiscal policies of their President and Prime Minister.
The people led a revolt against ineffective leadership.
In America, a failed former President organized and fostered a coordinated strike at the Capitol in a bid to stop a democratic process from completing the peaceful transfer of power.
A wanna-be dictator incited local terror groups to which he had ties into a failed coup.
Is that easy enough for you to understand or do you need me to draw on a poster with sharpie?
So you admit there's a double standard and you're fine with that
Easy it's cause it was conservative that did it. If it was democrat they would said they were fighter of freedom total hypocrite.
Everyone know the election was a fake even on French tv they showed it was fake.
In France too because supported them cause they did things similar to the yellow vest.
Thank you. One of the only rational answers here
Speaking of revolutions, Happy Bastille Day
I’m not aware of the situation in Sri Lanka.
As for Americans, on January 6th…. I mean, it doesn’t really help their case when everything they did was based on alleged fraud that didn’t actually happen. Like the claims of fraud were the ACTUAL fraud, ain’t that a bitch😂 So unless the Sri Lankans have their own conman that lied through their teeth to them and are inspiring them to do whatever they’re doing for erroneous reasons, I think history will look favorably on the Sri Lankans, lmao
Well, a number of them were invited in by the Capitol Police, and we still haven't seen a lot of the video from that day, nor do we have a full picture of what actually happened.
At any rate, leftists consider anyone who doesn't agree with their totalitarianism to be 'domestic terrorists".

The only people calling them "domestic terrorists" are those who have allowed themselves to be deluded into thinking that this whole January 6th narrative is a winning issue.
Because 90% of the population compared to maybe 100 in America.
That's actually a good point
Did it ever occur to you to understand the motives of these groups.
They're protesting in Sri Lanka because of mismanagement of the economy, the subsequent economic crisis and severe inflation, daily blackouts, as well as a shortage of fuel, domestic gas and other essential items.

Whereas the terrorists of January 6th we're trying to overthrow a Democratic Republic and the results of a fair election based on the lies of an infantile man-child. They rioted for one-party rule with Trump as their fascist God emperor.
So you agknowledge that there is a double standard and it's okay in certain cases but not others
context, as simple as that...
just like a surgeon opening your ribcage for a live saving procedure... not the same thing as a junky that is high AF... cracking open your ribcage with the intention to eat your heart just because the voices told him to do so
🤦♂️
because bad man trump cause it lol bla bla bla its the lefts fault no! its the rights fault its the lefts fault no! its the rights fault its the lefts fault no! its the rights fault its the lefts fault no! its the rights fault its the lefts fault no! its the rights fault its the lefts fault no! its the rights then tell me who wins?
Really? You're really asking what the difference is?

You tell me if you can spot any weapons on the left. 😊
That's what the question says
I showed you why one is a terrorism and why one is just a freedom protest.
The difference is weapons and objective.
Tell me how many people actually had weapons?
Pretty hard to say. Many were confiscated but majority were not.
So you don't even know. It's just hearsay
It's not hearsay... You can quite literally see the weapons...
I'm not denying there were weapons, but I don't think there were as many as you said.
But the Muslim Brotherhood and Free Syrian Army did have weapons, and the US supported them, so...
Relevancy?
I don't even know what that is.
You're lucky, to be honest
Oh why
Because you'd think it's ridiculous how they talk about it
Probably because what the US did is not even close to an insurrection it was more like people misbehaving.
Now THAT’S an insurrection!
The only good comment so far
